We have started our Kickstart Work Experience fortnight in association with Creative Alliance.
This is an opportunity for talented young creatives and future marketers to gain experience in the agency workplace, see what it takes to work in a Modern Advertising Agency and gain a taste of agency life.
The pupils are from various schools around the West Midlands region and and are aged between 15 and 19 years old. Each individual has been through a mock interview process to secure a place on the programme.
The fortnight will comprise of a mixture of work shadowing, working on group briefs and input on live client briefs under supervision of the wider team. This will provide a valuable insight and feel as if the individuals are actually part of the agency. We don't believe in work experience being about making tea and photocopying. However offering to make a cup of tea for the team, goes a long way to making friends and influencing people.
